The academy is designed to extend to children and adults the benefits that can be derived from an educational and professional dance program. Dance is the most physically and mentally demanding subject within the Performing Arts field. I strive to instill in my students the knowledge of dance techniques and style, feeling of movement, and the emotional qualities needed to dance.

The preschool and early childhood training program is a wonderful introduction to movement and rhythm and is designed to set the fundamental skills needed to advance to beginning dance technique.

Music association and music appreciation along with rhythm and timing are included in the student's training. Self-discipline, dedication, goal setting, and determination are major assets gained as the students progress through the dance program.

It is my hope that when the students leave the academy they will have developed a stronger character, an excellent background in dance, and a special love and awareness of the individual rhythm and talent within themselves.
